Apply for Membership
Complete the application below. Annual dues are Free for a limited time, valid for 12 months from the approval date. After your application is reviewed, the federation office will send your assigned USPGF Member ID.
Application Submitted
- Review & approval — the federation office reviews new applications within 3–5 business days.
- Payment instructions — once approved, you'll receive a secure link or invoice for your selected payment method to complete the annual dues (currently free).
- Member onboarding — after payment, your USPGF Member ID, digital membership card, and handicap index are activated.
